Year 7

Welcome to the mid-year break! I cannot believe Year 7 have already completed two terms of high school. It has flown! It was lovely this week, in Academic Care, for the students to reflect on their academic journey so far and make plans for semester 2. A lot of students decided that cleaning their study space would be a great holiday job so you can now hold them to account.

This final week of term has been abuzz with Round Square activities, including cultural dancing, Illuminate, mufti day and of course the MLC School Colour Run! I want to congratulate all of Year 7 for involving themselves so willingly in new things and having a go.

Don’t forget to sign up and book in for the Year 7 Parent/Teacher interviews which are scheduled for Week 1 of Term 3. Your teachers are all looking forward to speaking to you again.

A reminder that Year 7 Vaccinations will be held on Wednesday 30 July 2025, click here for full details as you will need to provide consent. If consent is not provided online, the vaccination will not be available on the day.
