ANSTO Science Discovery Tour

This tour provides an in-depth look into the world of nuclear science and the work ANSTO does in the areas of health, the environment and delivering solutions for industry.
Subject to availability, we will visit Australia’s only nuclear reactor OPAL, the Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering, the ANSTO Nuclear Medicine facility and the Centre for Accelerator Science.
Medical Interviews Preparation Workshop Online

The unique NIE workshop program aims for students to gain an in-depth understanding and required knowledge of the medical interview processes for specific universities, including Multi-station Mini Interview (MMI), Structured, and Semi-structured panel interviews.
The workshop is structured and based on the models that are taught during our proven one-on-one personalised medical interview sessions. It will allow each and every attendee to learn the required skills and practical understanding for the university from which they received an interview offer.

Between August and September join ACU for a series of free online webinars run by experienced Year 12 exam markers and assessors. They’ll guide you through how to respond to possible exam questions, help you get your head around the class content to deepen your understanding, and offer plenty of tips and strategies along the way.
Rural Health Pathways Showcase

High school students, careers advisers, teachers and parents are invited to RDN’s Rural Health Pathways Showcase. Learn about study pathways and careers in medicine, nursing, midwifery, allied health, Aboriginal health and administration.
Attendees will have a chance to:
- Talk to universities and rural workforce agencies about study pathways and career opportunities;
- Speak one-on-one with and be inspired by health students, recent graduates and health professionals about their journeys; and
- Participate in hands-on activities that will give an insight into a day in the life of health professionals.
