Year 12
What a week. It has been special from the first moment on Monday morning.
I have loved seeing Year 12 embrace these last moments and traditions as well as begin some new ones. One of the most wholesome and joyous moments was taking the ‘Lifers’ down to Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten to read stories and play games.
The cohort sung their hearts out in our final Chapel, where Chapel Captain 2024 Megan Ebel gave the most beautiful reflection about the importance of friendships and the connections that they have created. As I listened to this, and the speeches on Wednesday, one thing resonated with me; the overarching theme that the students returned to was family and a sense of belonging. It’s been an honour to be a part of the story of our Class of 2024 and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for them.
