Amazing Results for MLC School at RoboCup 2024
On Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 August, 36 students from the Junior and Senior School represented MLC School at the RoboCup NSW Open in OnStage and Rescue Division.
We had some amazing results over the two days of competition:
- 2nd and 3rd in the Primary OnStage (out of a massive 48 teams)
- 1st and 2nd in the Secondary OnStage Novice
- 1st in the Secondary OnStage Open (our first year competing in this division).
Our rescue teams also continued to improve in only our second year in the division. It was great to see the girls learning and helping each other in the lead up and during the competition. Many mentors from other schools also commended our students on their willingness to support other teams during the competition.
