We’re sorry if you haven’t heard back from us

We have uncovered a terrible glitch in our system that may account for why some parents have not heard back from staff if they have sent a message through the My Student portal. These queries do not go directly to the staff member’s email address but rather to a central mailbox address: mlcschool@mlcsyd.nsw.edu.au. You might have responded to a portal notice or made a query about a fee statement – all these have gone to that mail address, and until now that mailbox has been unmonitored. We sincerely apologise.

We are working through these emails now and will reply as soon as possible.

Please note, if you wish to contact a teacher or staff member the general email protocol at MLC School is: First initial Surname followed by @mlcsyd.nsw.edu.au. For example, to contact John Smith you would use jsmith@mlcsyd.nsw.edu.au.
