Parent/Student/Teacher Meeting Dates for 2026

Parent/Student/Teacher meetings are an important part of us working together as a team to support your son’s learning. Attendance at these events provides an opportunity to have open dialogue about the strengths and challenges of each student and allows the students to reflect and share their learnings about the subject and themselves as learners.

As we prepare to bring 2025 to a close, I have included all relevant P/S/T meeting dates for 2026 for your calendar.

Year 12 – Tuesday 31 March 1.15pm – 7.00pm

Year 11 – Tuesday 19 May 1.15pm – 7.00pm

Year 10 – Tuesday 19 May 1.15pm – 7.00pm

Year 7 – 9 – Wednesday 1 July 3pm – 7.00pm

                 – Friday 3 July 9.00am – 3.00pm

Year 7 – 11 (Optional) – Monday 14 December 9.00am – 12.00pm

                                    – Tuesday 15 December 2.00pm – 6.00pm

Please note that for 2026, all meetings will be conducted onsite.

Sydney Catholic Schools have chosen not to renew the licence for Zoom and we will not be using Teams until we are confident that the transition can be managed smoothly.
