Operation Christmas Child is here!

Our Year 5 and 6 students, along with all French classes are participating in Operation Christmas Child. They are packing shoe boxes to send to children in need all over the world. They are busy making items to include in the shoe boxes and are requesting the help of the FCC family to donate some additional items. Would you consider adding a little extra item in your grocery shop that can be contributed into the shoe boxes? A basket will be placed in classrooms and if each class can consider donating one small item per student in these categories:

Kindy and Pre-Primary

Hygiene items such toothbrushes, hairbrushes, washcloths, combs and soap

Year 1-2

School items such as pens, pencils, pencil cases, sharpeners, markers, notebooks, paper and colouring books

Year 3-4

Accessories items such as sunglasses (for kids), hair accessories, jewellery, watches, flashlights

Year 5-6

Toys or clothing items such as stuffed animals, skipping ropes, toy cars, light-up toys, sports toys, dolls, t-shirts, underwear, socks, shoes and shorts
