Celebrating our Year 12s – at a Whole College Assembly
Our Year 12 Farewell Worship Assembly was held on Thursday Thursday 20 October !
What a special time of prayer, worship and celebration of a group of fine young men and women.
We worshipped together, Mr Stanway shared a wonderful message to our Graduates and families and students were able to pray for their graduates.
What is special about this FCC annual tradition is that our younger students are encouraged to pray for our Graduates – what a gift for our young students to be able to step up and encourage one another in this way.
At the conclusion of the assembly, the whole College made a guard of honour and celebrated as our Year 12s walked through to the flag pole to throw their mortarboards in celebration!
It is our hope that this experience means our younger students will look forward to their own graduation worship assembly in years to come.
