Rachael Robertson led the Australian expedition to Davis Station, Antarctica—becoming the second female and youngest ever leader. She guided 18 people through the harsh winter, building a resilient team on the principle that ‘respect trumps harmony’. Since returning, she’s earned an MBA, written two bestsellers, and spoken at over 1,500 events globally.
	The Power of Conversations, Positive Connections and Collaboration Craig Hollywood Can we embrace our ideas more instead of immediately dismissing them for one reason or another? In this presentation Craig unpacks how a simple idea he has whilst in the barber’s chair went on to change the lives of over 10,000 people. Australian of the Year Award winner Craig Hollywood is a key figure in social impact, using the power of conversation to create meaningful change. An innovative speaker and businessman, his community work continues to inspire nationally and globally.
	Building Thriving Educational Communities Grant Dusting Every educational institution aims to build a thriving community—where staff feel empowered, students grow, and families are engaged. McCrindle surveyed educators, students, and parents to uncover what defines a thriving learning environment. This keynote shares insights from our latest national study on how to foster strong, connected, future-ready educational communities. Grant Dusting is a social researcher and Director of Strategy at McCrindle. With a background in public policy and NFP leadership, he advises organisations on responding to emerging trends. Grant works nationally with schools and peak bodies and leads McCrindle’s Perth office.
