The value of the Educate Plus Network

Throughout a career across a number of different sectors, I have enjoyed the benefit and privilege of being able to connect with a wide range of mentors, peers and colleagues to share and discuss ideas, best practice and challenges. 

Education is by far the most collegiate, nourishing and sharing community that I have worked within and I am delighted to be actively supporting peers and colleagues in their advancement journey as they continue to support me in mine. 

Mentor and Mentee roles are in truth interchangeable. These valued connections have provided me with great inspiration and support over many years and absolutely broadened my knowledge and understanding of the many challenges our sector faces.  Pssst … I’ve also pinched a few ideas along the way!

Educate Plus provides us with a wonderful network of advancement professionals to meet, share, develop and be inspired. Our education community is rich in talent and I encourage all of our members to share this incredible collective knowledge as a rising tide lifts all boats.
