Sydney Catholic Schools’ 10:10 Conference
On 3 September, we had the incredible privilege of joining our peers at the Sydney Catholic Schools’ 10:10 Conference held at Good Samaritan College. It was a day filled with inspiration, connection, and spiritual growth.
We were deeply moved by guest speakers John and Rachel, whose heartfelt messages offered profound insights into our faith. They spoke about the trials we may encounter, the resilience we’re called to embody, and most importantly the unwavering trust we must place in God. Their reminder that our journey is already written, and that we must surrender and allow God to work through us, was both humbling and empowering.
The Q&A session is where we heard diverse perspectives on how to invite God into our everyday lives. It was a moment of shared wisdom and reflection that enriched our understanding of faith in action.
Later, we entered into adoration which was a sacred time to be still, to be present, and to unite with Christ. Surrounded by the wider community, we experienced a powerful sense of peace and belonging.
Throughout the day, we connected with Year 10 students from across Sydney Catholic Schools, forming new friendships rooted in shared values and mutual respect. Between slices of wood-fired pizza, rounds of trivia, uplifting music, and moments of prayer, the atmosphere was electric with joy and unity. #LiveLifeToTheFull
