A Masterclass in Icing

On the first day of term, Year 9 Food Technology students were treated to a hands-on cake and cupcake decorating workshop with Sofia Sgroi from Baked by Sof. Students learned professional techniques for piping, smoothing, and adding creative flourishes to their sweet creations. They left with two beautifully decorated cupcakes and inspiration for their upcoming cake decorating assessment task.
