Thank you to our Vinnies Sandwich Making vollies!

Last Tuesday I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to participate in Saint Vincent’s sandwich making program. It was such a rewarding experience to be part of something that made a positive impact on our community. It was heart warming to see everyone come together, working side by side, to create these meals for people who may not have access to regular meals. We spent the time making over 200 sandwiches for people in need. It made me realise how even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Thank you to all the volunteers who attended and to the volunteers who donated food supplies to make this happen. Overall, it was a truly meaningful experience that I felt lucky to participate in and to support those in need (Bianca, Y11).
