Dear Parents and Caregivers

CAS Swimming carnival
The annual CAS swimming carnival will be held at Homebush on the afternoon and evening of Thursday 14 March. Cranbrook sends a large number of supporters to this event and in 2024 all Year 8 ,10 and 11 students will be attending. An Operoo form will be delivered shortly to parents which will contain further details. Students who are spectating will leave school at 3pm and will be transported to the venue by bus with an anticipated return to school at around 9.30pm. This event is compulsory for all students in Years 8, 10 and 11.

Misplaced personal items
We tend to find various personal items left around the School throughout the day. The School cannot take responsibility for belongings which are lost and it is strongly recommended that all items are labelled with a student’s name as well as his House. Lost property is under the control of Mr. Owusu, the General Duties Master, and it is his office that students are directed to if they report missing items.

Student Cards
Unfortunately the process of producing and then distributing student cards for Year 7 students has taken longer than anticipated. This process is a priority but until students receive their student cards EFTPOS facilities will remain an option for Year 7 at the Hive Cafe. Alternatively lunches can be ordered online.
