Year 1 at Taronga Zoo

Year 1 enjoyed a fantastic day out at Taronga Zoo to kickstart their ‘Sharing the Planet’ unit. The boys enjoyed an interactive ‘Animal Encounter’ workshop, a bird show, and an afternoon seeing some of their favourite animals up close.

They particularly relished the opportunity to stroke a diamond python, baby possum, green tree frog and shingleback lizard. The boys demonstrated true Cranbrook values and did their teachers and families proud with their beautiful manners and curious attitudes.
