Pre-school’s Update

The children have been unpacking the idea of being creative and exploring different ways this can be expressed, as we continue our inquiry ‘We express and appreciate creativity in unique ways.’

To help support this understanding, Sophie Boniface, Junior School Drama Teacher has been working with our Pre-schoolers this week and will continue to do so throughout the term. Little Wings Puppet Show will be at both Pre-school campuses during the week beginning Monday, 7 November to perform for the children. We are excited for these opportunities to be taking place at Pre-school!

Christmas Concerts

We are pleased to welcome back families for our Christmas Concerts this year! Peter Fox and the Pre-school staff have already begun preparations. Our concerts will be held on the following dates:

Friday, 2 December – 2 Day Group at 9.30am & 5 Day Group at 12pm (St Michael’s)

Monday, 5 December – 3 Day Group at 9.30am (St Michael’s) & St Mark’s 5 day Group at 12pm

Further details will be provided nearer the time.

Wet Weather

In light of the indifferent weather we are experiencing at present, we suggest that children bring a rain coat and gumboots to Pre-school on days where rain is forecast. If we have appropriate clothing and the rain eases, this will still allow us to venture outside and enjoy our outdoor learning environments.
