Book Week

Next week, we will focus on this national celebration of Australian children’s literature and reading; as well as welcoming guest speakers and viewing theatrical book adaptations. Students will also catch up with their House Buddy Groups and witness the thrill of the Years 3-6 Spelling Bee Final!

Dreaming with eyes open…which book characters will the students and staff bring to life this year?

Students and staff are encouraged to come to school dressed in character.

Parents are warmly invited to this outdoor event. Please see this map to know where on our site parents are able to view the parade. Wet Weather Plan: Modified parade(s) will still go ahead in various locations, even if it is raining. Unfortunately, if wet weather does prevail, parents will be unable to attend the parade.

Note: Students participating in the Music Eisteddfod will need to bring their school uniform to change into for their performance in the afternoon.
