K- Y6 Nude Food Day – Thursday, 8 June

What is nude food?

Next Thursday, 8 June, we are going NUDE! Nude food is simply food not wrapped in foil, plastic or commercial packaging. 8th June is World Ocean Day. Students are encouraged to bring to school wrapper free food on this day. This is our effort to raise awareness of the impact plastic pollution has on our oceans.  

Did you know?  The amount of plastic in the ocean is expected to double in the next 15 years, and by 2050 there could be more plastic than fish in the sea (by weight)!  

Please join us and make this day as wrapper free as we can get it!
