As part of our \u2018First Contacts\u2019 history unit of work, Year 4 embarked on a guided walking tour of the Rocks. Students learned about daily life in the early colony and visited historical sites such as Cadman\u2019s Cottage and Campbell\u2019s Cove. A highlight of the experience was the opportunity to dress up as the governor or captains, convicts or free settlers. Each student was given the identity of a significant person of the time to connect them to the historical setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
