Some new understandings I had were that I didn\u2019t know there used to only be four colour houses and that the uniform used to be blue.<\/em> <\/p>Georgia<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n What stood out for me were the old desks and the old report forms<\/em>. <\/p>Amanda<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n What stood out for me were the old mass and hymn book, the many crowns worn by St Dominic, the recount of a school day in the past and the old report booklet.<\/em> <\/p>Annabelle<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n I wonder if there will be any pictures of my friends and me in the museum one day. <\/em><\/p>Ines<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Year 5 Kostakis completed a task called \u2018Who am I\u2019 as part of the integrated Unit of Inquiry, \u2018Knowing Me, Knowing You\u2019. Through this learning experience students explored their own identity and were able to understand themselves and their place within to develop a strong sense of self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the Religious Education unit \u2018Our Sacred Scripture\u2019, students in 5 Williams have been creating prayer services for the remainder of the class to be involved in. Students were able to show their understanding of showing reverence to the scriptures and enjoyed working collaboratively during this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The students in Year 5 had the opportunity to visit the school museum and examine some of the artefacts to learn about the history of the school and how this connects to its identity.
