This worldwide initiative is celebrating 20 years in 2023, making it a great time to reflect as well as look forward to how we can be safe digital citizens. This year the theme in Australia is <strong><em>Connect. Reflect. Protect.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our students will continue to explore how to be safe digital citizens this term in their Digital Technology lessons. We will explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How we can <strong>connect<\/strong> with our friends and family online in a safe way<\/li><li><strong>Reflecting<\/strong> on how our actions online can affect us and others<\/li><li>Explore ways that we can <strong>protect<\/strong> ourselves by making safe choices online.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The eSafety Commissioner offers free online webinars to provide parents and carers with the knowledge, skills and tools to support their children to have safe online experiences.
