Last Friday Del Monte celebrated R U Okay Day\u00a0\u2013 a reminder we need to stay connected and make asking \u2018are you OK?\u2019 a part of our every day. If someone we know is struggling with something big or small they\u2019ll know we care. R U OK? is a national charity dedicated to inspiring all of us to have regular, meaningful conversations to support anyone going through a difficult time. Our Gioia House leaders joined us for our assembly and shared some scenarios and ideas on how we can make sure we always ask \u2018Are You Okay?\u2019 The students and teachers were encouraged to wear a splash or dash of yellow on that day and were engaged in lessons led by our Year 10 leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
