We have been learning and writing about poetry. We have learned about the structure of<\/p>
poems, different types of poems, and the way poems are used in our lives. We completed<\/p>
blackout poems, shape poems and magnetic poems. Blackout poems are when you choose<\/p>
a page from a book and you select words that stand out to you, and you go over the rest of<\/p>
the page with black marker (only the words you’re not using), your words should be in order<\/p>
to make a poem. Shape poems are where you draw a shape, item or object and you have to<\/p>
make that shape using your poem you have made. Magnetic poems are when you get given<\/p>
a word bank, and you have to choose words from the word bank and can\u2019t add any words or<\/p>
letters of your own.
