Studies consistently show that phone use reduces attention, balance and awareness of surroundings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage families to talk with their children about <strong>safe walking habits<\/strong>, including keeping phones away when near traffic, crossings and car parks.
