{"id":16165,"date":"2025-05-05T16:45:33","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T06:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/ssc\/?post_type=article&#038;p=16165"},"modified":"2025-05-14T13:42:52","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T03:42:52","slug":"year-10-vaccinations-2","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/ssc\/article\/year-10-vaccinations-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Year 10 vaccinations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In\u00a0<strong>Year\u00a010<\/strong>, students are offered free\u00a0vaccines\u00a0for Meningococcal ACWY at Santa Sabina College on\u00a0<strong>Monday 2 June 2025.<\/strong> (Please note the change of date from 27 May, due to a clash with exams).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaccinations&nbsp;will only be provided if consent has been received.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to provide consent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To complete online consent for your child\u2019s school&nbsp;vaccinations, visit:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/santasabinacollege.cmail20.com\/t\/i-i-qklhtjt-l-y\/\">https:\/\/nswhealth.service-now.com\/school<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the steps to log in to your existing ServiceNSW account. This is the same account you may already use to renew your driver\u2019s licence. If you don\u2019t have a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/santasabinacollege.cmail20.com\/t\/i-i-qklhtjt-l-j\/\">ServiceNSW<\/a>&nbsp;account, refer to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/santasabinacollege.cmail20.com\/t\/i-i-qklhtjt-l-t\/\">ServiceNSW<\/a>&nbsp;to create one.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update or confirm your personal details in ServiceNSW as required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the School&nbsp;Vaccination&nbsp;Consent Form for your child\/ren.
