We\u2019re very excited to kick off another year of Action Research at Santa Sabina. After a quick refresher on the process of collecting evidence to measure and improve our professional practices, teachers gathered in their groups to identify the challenges they will tackle this year along with the baseline data and success criteria they will be using to measure the impacts of their interventions. With a range of preliminary topics including: Strategies to increase intraprofessional learning within the Maths faculty, Experimenting with AI language models to reduce teacher workload and Increasing the use of multimedia to enhance theatre storytelling in Drama, it promises to be another year of ongoing professional growth and improved student outcomes.
