The books are now frontward facing, making them much more accessible and appealing to our young readers. We believe this change will encourage students to explore and enjoy our diverse range of picture books even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\nWe are excited to announce that the 2025 NSW Premier\u2019s Reading Challenge will begin on Monday 24 February. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to engage with a variety of books and develop a lifelong love of reading. We encourage all students to participate and take on the challenge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Important Password Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
For security reasons, the Department of Education and Training (DET) has reset all passwords. This means that existing passwords will no longer be valid. Staff are locked out of the system until 24 February as well and as a result we are unable to provide passwords sooner. We will be distributing the new passwords during library lessons during Weeks 3 and 4 and a copy will also be provided to the classroom teacher. Please ensure your child receives their new password prior to logging into the PRC Student Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nReading Together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Finally, we would like to remind parents of the importance of participating in reading with your child. Reading together not only supports your child\u2019s literacy development but also creates special bonding moments. Let\u2019s make reading a shared and enjoyable experience and most importantly, don\u2019t forget your library bag!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
