This is what we suggest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>create ways for family connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>getting off screens and back in to nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social connections and fun activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>do things that promote calm, relaxation, rest, and physical health and wellbeing.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Santa Sabina College is situated between several Headspace Centres, which all aim to be youth friendly, and serve as a \u2018one-stop-shop\u2019 for any concerns you may have around the mental health and wellbeing of your young people. The centres that may be most convenient for you to access are listed below, with direct contact details.
