During spelling lessons, students are engaged in explicit teaching of the spelling rules and word meanings to support vocabulary growth and its application to reading and writing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grouping ensures that we are meeting the needs of all students, through data informed analysis. It fosters a differentiated learning environment consisting of experiences that provide an appropriate level of challenge, and foster meaningful learning opportunities.
