Wellbeing over the holidays
During the summer break there are ways in which you can support your child’s wellbeing. This is what we suggest:
- create ways for family connection
- getting off screens and back in to nature
- social connections and fun activities
- do things that promote calm, relaxation, rest, and physical health and wellbeing.
Santa Sabina College is situated between several Headspace Centres, which all aim to be youth friendly, and serve as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for any concerns you may have around the mental health and wellbeing of your young people.
