Year 11 Unit 1 Reports and Year 12 Unit 3 Provisional Reports were distributed earlier in Term 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACADEMIC &amp; DILIGENCE ASSEMBLIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the distribution of these reports, Diligence and Academic Awards will be calculated. The celebration of these awards will be held at the following assemblies in Term 3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Year 7 to 9 Academic and Diligence Assembly \u2013 Wednesday 23 July 2025 (8.45am \u2013 10.35am)<\/li>\n<li>Year 10 to 12 Academic and Diligence Assembly \u2013 Wednesday 24 July 2025 (8.45am \u2013 10.35am)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further details of these assemblies and award recipients will be distributed to parents\/guardians during the upcoming holidays.<\/p>\n<p>If your email address has changed, please advise the College Office to ensure our records are updated and you receive your daughter\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACADEMIC CONFERENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also following the distribution of the reports, Academic Conference bookings will open on Friday 27 June at 9.00am. Academic Conferences at St Patrick\u2019s College Townsville are student-driven, reflective conversations that place each student at the centre of their academic journey. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents\/guardians to discuss progress, goals, and strategies for success in a collegial and supportive setting. The Academic Conference will be held on Thursday 31 July from 3.30pm &#8211; 6.00pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2026 SUBJECT SELECTION EVENINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A friendly reminder that information regarding Subject Selection Evenings has been sent to parents. These evenings allow parents and students to find out information about choosing subjects for 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Subject Selection Evenings will be held on the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday 28 July 2025 \u2013 Year 7 into Year 8, 2026 (5.15pm in the Auditorium)<\/li>\n<li>Monday 28 July 2025 \u2013 Year 9 into Year 10, 2026 (5.40pm in the Auditorium)<\/li>\n<li>Monday 28 July 2025 \u2013 Year 10 into Year 11, 2026 (6.00pm in the Auditorium)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These events are compulsory for students in these year levels and students must attend in their College academic uniform.<\/p>\n<p>To assist in the subject selection process, students in the year levels listed above were involved in Subject Selection Assemblies in Term 2 to learn about the possible subject options for 2026. Curriculum Leaders present this information to ensure students are aware of subject offerings and possible pathways linked to specific subjects.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBJECT CHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A reminder that Semester Two subject changes for Years 8 &#8211; 10 are currently open and will close on Friday 1 August (Week 2, Term 3). Students who are considering a change are encouraged to visit the Subject Change tile on the Learning Hub to complete the application form.
