Strong Women Create Movements

2025 has begun with the launch of the College Theme – Strong Women Create Movements. Devised to highlight the College Mission, Vision, and Values, this theme is inspired by strong women, including the Sisters of Mercy founder Catherine McAuley, who have shown incredible strength in the face of adversity to fight for change, creating tangible results that improve the lives of others. The 2025 theme is a guiding philosophy that will compel members of the College Community to approach every aspect of their journey with resilience, with courage, and with determination. The challenge we have put forward is to embrace a spirit of strength as we set high standards for ourselves and others, relentlessly pursue excellence, and help make a more positive contribution to the world around us.

I am confident, that with Strong Women Create Movements as the guiding theme, the academic year will be filled with inspiration, innovation, growth, and shared accomplishments amplifying all that is great in this community, and fuelling the development of new ideas, innovation, and creativity.

Strategic Plan

Previous Principal, Amber Hauff, launched the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan at Awards Evening last year. As a community of empowerment and excellence, this new plan places a greater emphasis on igniting a passion for knowledge through wonder and curiosity. It also ensures that the future direction of the College is focused on the horizon, continues to honour the past, whilst also designing and building for the future, enabling the continued delivery of an exceptional educational experience for the College students, driving positive outcomes for generations to come.
