{"id":28363,"date":"2025-06-17T13:55:22","date_gmt":"2025-06-17T03:55:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/shore-weekly-record\/?post_type=article&#038;p=28363"},"modified":"2025-06-20T11:05:39","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T01:05:39","slug":"icms-visits-shore","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/shore-weekly-record\/article\/icms-visits-shore\/","title":{"rendered":"International College of Management Visits Shore"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We welcomed back Old Boy Mr Todd Palioca (\u201999) to Shore this week, who is now Senior Vice President at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icms.edu.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>International College of Management (ICMS)<\/strong><\/a>, the \u201ccastle on the hill\u201d at Manly. Todd presented to a group of Year 12 students the many post-school options at ICMS, which include degrees in Business with majors in Sport Management, Entrepreneurship, Fashion, and Tourism, as well as degrees in Property, Hospitality, IT, Cybersecurity and Data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structure of the degrees at ICMS include a nine month paid internship in Year 2 with more than 1,000 industry partners, including Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Rugby Australia, Manly Sea Eagles, Supercars, Novotel and many more. It is this industry experience that ensures graduate employment success at 96 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes at the College run from Monday to Wednesday, allowing students the flexibility to work the rest of the week. Classes are small where students are \u201cknown\u201d, which creates a great culture and community.
