It is a much-loved School event that the boys look forward to each year and includes amusement park rides, food stalls, games and market stalls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We need your help!<\/strong> Whether you\u2019re a seasoned parent volunteer or a first-timer, there are plenty of ways to get involved, both on campus and remotely. You\u2019ll be joining a supportive and fun committee working together to make this iconic Shore event another huge success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If any of the roles below sound like you (or someone you know!), we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Committee Roles \u2013 Join the Team!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Silent Auction Prize Coordinators (Commence ASAP \u2013 Remote, with optional on-site during event week)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Two roles available to support one of our major fundraising features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Years 3 to 6 Prize Coordinator:<\/strong> Liaise with Year Reps and gather prizes from the Prep community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Boarder Parent Representative:<\/strong> Engage our wonderful boarding families and secure unique country-themed contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Great for parents with strong networks and a gift for friendly follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">External Stalls 2IC and Succession Support (Commence ASAP \u2013 Remote &amp; On-Site)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Help support the external (non-parent) commercial stalls alongside our current coordinator, with the intention of stepping into the lead role in future years. A fantastic opportunity for someone organised and eager to build their event coordination experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hot Food Stall Coordinators<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Love to cook and cater? Grab a friend and run your own hot food stall at the American Tea! We&#8217;re on the lookout for delicious, easy-to-eat meals with an international flair &#8211; one dish per stall &#8211; think Korean fried chicken in a cup, American hot dogs, Mexican Tacos, Indian butter chicken\u2026 anything that keeps the boys fuelled and on the move.
