Shore Swimming – Opening Soon!

Shore Swimming will commence towards the end of Term 3 and will operate year-round (with closures over the Christmas and New Year period). Please note that before you can enrol, you will need to organise an assessment to determine your correct squad level, and that lessons will commence at 6.00am each morning and from 3.15pm each afternoon.

While Shore Swimming bookings are yet to open, interested parties can stay abreast through regular news in The Shore Weekly Record.

In the meantime, students are making good use of this amazing facility, and this includes Preparatory student, Carter McGee, who continues his impressive form in the pool with some outstanding performances at the recent 2022 School Sport Australia Nationals. Proudly representing Shore and competing against some of the best age group swimmers in the country, Carter showed his love of competition with an impressive medal haul: four Gold Medals, one Silver Medal and one Bronze Medal.

“I think the new Shore pool is awesome and I’m looking forward to using the Strength and Conditioning Centre when I go to high school. I’ve been lucky enough to do some land training in the holidays with Mr Hardman in the Gymnasium and used the trampoline which I really enjoyed.” Carter says.
