Hugo In Exchange In Japan
Over these last summer holidays I went on exchange to Japan for two months, which was one of the best and most interesting experiences of my life. I lived in a town called Shizouka which is about three hours by bus south of Tokyo near Mount Fuji, where I lived with a Japanese family with three young children who attended school Monday through to Saturday. Whilst furthering my Japanese language skills, this also taught me how to overcome challenges as I was regularly traveling in a country speaking a language in which I am not fluent. If you ever get the chance to go on exchange to whatever country, I would highly recommend that you go to Japan and for as long as possible. You will not only learn a language but learn about a whole new culture as well.
