Friday Lunch
Every Friday, the boarders have a sit-down lunch served to them at their tables. It is an opportunity to dine in a more formal setting where etiquette and components of basic courtesy are practised. Protocols when special guests enter, behaviours in formal settings and handshaking are just some of the elements the boarders experience in this setting. Every fortnight, the Headmaster distributes the pink cards, after which he joins the Year 12s of the House-on-duty for lunch. Last week he joined Mr Walker, Mrs Rhodes and the boys from Robson for a butter chicken lunch to celebrate the end of another big week of school at Shore.
