SPEC Update

Following is the latest progress update on the RAI Grant Centre/SPEC Development.

Current Status
Finishes and fit-off and commissioning works are being conducted across the site.
Final works landscaping, pedestrian pathways, roads and paving works are being carried out externally across the site.​​​​​​

Next Steps
• Commissioning Works.
• Cleaning and preparation for handover.
• Demobilisation of the site and refurbishment of site amenities.
• Public domain works, street lighting and road restoration works to be completed by an external contractor / council.
• Shore will officially open the Shore Physical Education Centre as the R A I Grant Centre in May 2020.
