On Friday 6 February 2026, staff and students gathered for the annual College Swimming Carnival at Angelo Anestis Pool for a Hawaiian themed event! Bright leis, tropical shirts, and upbeat music set the tone for a day packed with colour, competition, and community spirit.<\/p>\n

Alongside the competitive races<\/span>, students enjoyed free swims, indoor pool games, and the ever\u2011popular splash zone, which kept\u00a0students\u00a0<\/span>laughing and cool throughout the day.\u00a0Outside the water,\u00a0v<\/span>olleyball games drew enthusiastic teams and spectators, while the canteen\u2019s hot chips quickly became the unofficial snack of the Carnival.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, the highlight for many was the fiercely anticipated student versus teacher relay. After falling short last year, the students stormed back with determination and claimed a well\u2011earned victory, sparking huge cheers from the students. This year\u2019s Carnival wasn\u2019t just a day at the pool; it was a celebration of community, teamwork, and summer joy. A big thankyou to everyone who helped make it the successful day that it was.<\/p>\n
