This has included;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My Strengths &#8211; understanding how to use their individual strengths to their advantage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Simone Says &#8211; female nutritional specialist teaching about the importance of particular foods and the menstrual cycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Human Connections &#8211; preparing for senior school &#8211; time management and organisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preparation lessons &#8211; introduction to the senior subjects chosen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Self Defence &#8211; learning how to protect yourself<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Galmatic Car Maintenance &#8211; understanding components of a car and how to change a tyre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empower U &#8211; providing confidence in decision making and empowering young women to take calculated risks\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First Aid &#8211; life saving knowledge that can be applied to everyday scenarios<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I was proud to see the high level of engagement from all students as they
