Year 7 students face off at Spelling Bee Championship

Congratulations to all of Year 7 for their enthusiastic preparation for the 2020 Year Seven Spelling Bee Championship. In English, the girls have enjoyed playing spelling games and participating in Spelling Bee contests, demonstrating their motivation to improve by learning new and difficult words from their spelling lists. 

In each English class, a Spelling Bee Champion was chosen from many talented students to participate in the Spelling Bee Championship. The finalists were 7-1 Isabella Sasiain Pittard, 7-2 Lili Moschoudis, 7-3 Jaimee Fong, 7-4 Elouise Tse, 7-5 Valerie Le, 7-6 Alyssa Tesoriero, 7-7 Emilyn Amaloti, 7-8 Sarah Conte and 7-9 Erica Pedisic. Congratulations to our champions who each performed brilliantly in front of an audience of their peers and a panel of judges.
