Thank you students and staff for giving time to give blood
During National Blood Donor Week (14 June-20 June), a number of staff members visited the Red Cross Blood Donation Centre at Hunter Street to donate much-needed blood and plasma.
Thank you to Mrs Stribk, Mrs Nader, Ms Grimm, Ms Melas Mrs Brooks and Mrs Park.
The following week, two of our Year 12 students – Zoe Cooper and Caterina Stirton – also visited the same centre, giving up part of their study break.
Well done to all of our lifesavers. Donating blood is a very worthwhile lifelong habit that saves lives.
