Fee-free vocational training to boost skills for 2020 Year 12 school leavers

A fee-free vocational training and skills support package is available to 2020 Year 12 school leavers this summer.

2020 has been particularly challenging for our school leavers. The College has provided support to Year 12 students throughout the year, and as they move on from school, we want to make sure they have practical options to help them on their way.

New fee-free program offers training and support

A new Summer Skills program of fee-free vocational training and skills support is now available to all 2020 Year 12 school leavers. A range of flexible options are available to cater for different interests and time commitments.

This skills package can help bridge the gap between leaving school and starting the next step in life. Over 30 short courses are currently available and cover a range of industries. Courses will include agriculture, landscape, fitness, mechatronics, coding, communication and digital literacy, plumbing and draining, and gallery and museum skills.
