November<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Congratulations to all 75 girls from Kindergarten, Year One and Year Two who performed in the Christmas Concert last Friday in the Great Hall.\u00a0 The students have been busily preparing with Mrs Bronwyn Cleworth in a cheeky re-telling of the Christmas story.\u00a0 Thank you to Ms Pip Playford for her artistic skills with the beautiful set design.\u00a0 Thank you to Ms Eddi Goodfellow for her audio support and to the class teachers Ms Heidi Anderson, Ms Anne Maree Lodge and Miss Kate Jordan-Watt with their assistance.\u00a0 Special thank you to Mrs Cleworth for her creative re-telling of the Christmas story and direction of this delightful production.\u00a0 Well done to all performers, it was a truly special performance!<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' November<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Year 7 Choir will be performing at this year\u2019s Festival of Lessons and Carols on Thursday 24 November at 7.30pm.\u00a0 Students have been working on preparing for this repertoire in their choir session with Miss Allison Harrigan (Director of Choirs).\u00a0 Please see the note that has been sent to families outlining further information for the night <a Conference<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Congratulations to Contemporary Vocal Ensemble (CVE) and LUX Strings who performed at the Positive Schools Conference.\u00a0 CVE performed at the conference on Thursday 10 November and LUX Strings performed on Friday 11 November.\u00a0 Special thanks to Ms Alex Siegers who prepared the Contemporary Vocal Ensemble for this event, to Ms Stephanie Holmes for accompanied CVE\u2019s performance and to Ms Eliza Sdraulig for her preparation of LUX strings for the event. \u00a0Thank you to Miss Allison Harrigan, Ms Holmes and to Mrs Anne Sweeney who supervised the girls <\/em><em>Just a Girl<\/em> by No Doubt\u00a0and Adele\u2019s <em>Rumour Has It<\/em> filled the terrace of the Joan Freeman Centre.\u00a0 Two student directed rock groups performed a lunchtime concert at the school cafeteria on Thursday 10 November in support of Year 10\u2019s Social Justice Week.\u00a0 The theme this year was <em>Women in the Workforce<\/em> and both rock ensembles selected songs that reflected this.\u00a0 Congratulations to Samantha Millin (Year 9), Aasha Maunsell (Year 9), Abigail Grace (Year 9), Lila Eversgerd (Year 9), Zoe Crisafulli (Year 9), Lara Greenfield (Year 11), Elizabeth Lapham (Year 11), Ilaria Roncolato (Year 10) and Isabella May (Year 11) for their performance.\u00a0 A wonderful way to celebrate and support Social Justice
