Getting started with Flexischools\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you\u2019d like to set up a Flexischools account to purchase items at the Cafeteria, it\u2019s super simple to get started.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Set up your account<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/h5>\n

  1. Download the Flexischools App<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Download the app from the\u00a0App Store\u00a0<\/a>or from\u00a0Google Play<\/a>.\u00a0
    \nNote: for iPhone and iPad please select \u2018Allow\u2019 notification\u00a0
    \n\u00a0<\/p>\n

    2. Register<\/p>\n

    Open the Flexischools App and click \u2018Like to register?\u2019, enter your email address and click \u2018Register\u2019. You will be sent a registration email. Follow the instructions in the registration email to finish setting up your account. Once your account is set up, login to the Flexischools App, select the Profile icon on the grey navigation bar, select Student and \u2018Add a student\u2019, search for their school name, select their year level and class and enter their details.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    For your convenience, you can set up automatic top ups.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Online Orders<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    1. Place your order<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In the Flexischools App, swipe up and down to find the service category you are interested in, swipe left and right to find the service you are interested in and select the green \u2018Order\u2019 button.\u00a0
      \n\u00a0<\/p>\n

      2. Make your selection<\/p>\n

      Select the items you wish to order.\u00a0
      \n\u00a0<\/p>\n

      3. Make payment<\/p>\n

      Select your payment option and complete payment to place your order.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Purchases at the Cafeteria<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      Students may also purchase food and beverage at recess and lunch times, while ensuring parents can maintain visibility over the items they are purchasing.<\/p>\n

      Secondary Students are able to use their Student ID card to buy items in the Cafeteria. Girls can select items and Cafeteria Staff with scan their Student ID card at the point of sale to complete the transaction (via Flexischools account).<\/p>\n

      To enable this function you need to enter the Student ID card number (located under the barcode on the Student ID card\u00a0*A<\/em><\/strong>) into your Flexischools account in the Student card number field\u00a0*B<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in the Settings tab.<\/p>\n

      Your Flexischools account must be in credit to utilise this function \u2013 see the Account tab or click Top Up Wallet\u00a0*C<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Important Note:<\/strong>\u00a0now that the Students have been allocated a Form Class, the Class field must be updated\u00a0*D<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in the Settings tab.<\/p>\n

      Primary Students should continue to pre-order as they are not issued with a Student ID card.<\/p>\n

      We will continue to work on enhancements to the Cafeteria over the next 12 months as part of our continual improvement strategy.<\/p>\n
