These workshops provide excellent practical, evidence-based psychological skills for participants.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Monday, February 7 from 4.30-5.30pm<\/strong>, they will be running a workshop for young people aged 12-18 years about ways that they can manage their stress and worry. While stress and worry are very normal experiences, especially when starting a new year in the current circumstances, this workshop can provide some helpful information and strategies for beginning the year.<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0workshop\u00a0will be facilitated by\u00a0Clinical Psychologist Jennifer Hawken and young people can log in using their own device.
