The initiative provided an opportunity for the Primary SRC to contribute towards the Secondary girls\u2019 efforts to support the communities they will be visiting during their time on Country, whilst also showing their support for this wider school initiative.<\/p>\n<p>In the weeks leading up to the event, the girls worked collaboratively to plan a range of lunchtime stalls and experiences for the Primary School. They considered where each stall would be best located, which activities would be most appealing to students, and how they could create experiences that were enjoyable, sustainable and manageable to run. The team were thrilled to raise an incredible $400, which will contribute towards supporting the communities that will be visited as part of the Cape York Immersion Trip.<\/p>\n<p>We are very proud of the way the girls identified an opportunity to contribute to the Immersion and turn their ideas into meaningful action.
