The event is organised to celebrate Book Week 2026 and is a highlight of the library calendar!<\/p>\n<p>The Book Week theme, <em>Symphony of Stories<\/em>, reminds us that every story has its own unique voice and that, together, stories create a wonderful celebration of imagination, creativity and connection.<\/p>\n<p>Students are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite book character and bring a book that matches their outfit. The girls may come to school already dressed in their costume and go home the same way. Girls should also be aware that it is a normal school day, and they need to sit and move around the classroom as usual, so large or uncomfortable costumes may not be such a good idea!<\/p>\n<p>When planning your child&#8217;s Book Week costume, please ensure that costumes and accessories are suitable for a primary school setting.
