Such performance opportunities are valuable experiences which help build confidence in sharing music with an audience. The performances were very warmly received by large audiences of parents, siblings, relatives and friends. This masterclass is a wonderful opportunity for both primary and secondary cellists to see extraordinary playing up close and to gain insight from a world class virtuoso!<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austa.asn.au\/events\/cello-masterclass-maximilian-hornung\/\">here<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"Sydney\"><\/a>Sydney Youth Orchestra Winter School<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Join Sydney Youth Orchestra (SYO) in the July holidays for five fun and intensive days of rehearsals and tutorials with Sydney\u2019s best educators, culminating in a concert at Sydney Conservatorium of Music to showcase your week of work.<\/p>\n<p>SYO Winter School is suitable for any student in primary or high school who plays an orchestral instrument, from those in their first year of playing through to AMEB Grade 7 or equivalent.\u00a0Students will be placed in ensembles with peers of similar experience level.
