The meeting details are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date:\u00a0 <\/strong>Monday 18 May 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0 Joan Freeman Lecture Theatre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time:\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>7.00pm &#8211; Pre-meeting refreshments<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 7.30pm AGM of the SCEGGS Trust<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 8.00pm AGM of SCEGGS Darlinghurst Ltd (the School Company)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking:<\/strong>\u00a0 Parking will be available in the Joan Freeman Carpark (entry from St Peters Street) from 6.30pm, closing <strong>immediately<\/strong> after the AGM of the School Company.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not a company member of the SCEGGS Trust or SCEGGS Darlinghurst Limited but are interested in attending one or both AGMs, you are most welcome to do so.
